Weinhoffer Joins Muncy Bank
Rob Glunk, President & CEO of The Muncy Bank and Trust Company, recently announced that Kevin Weinhoffer has joined the company as a Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer.
With over 24 years banking experience, Weinhoffer will oversee the bank’s commercial lending function as well as being an integral part of the Muncy Bank business development team. Prior to joining Muncy Bank, Weinhoffer held the position of Senior Vice President/Corporate Director of Commercial Loans and Credit Services for another local bank. Over his career, Weinhoffer has been involved in all aspects of banking, to include: Loan Collections and Recovery, Retail Banking, Residential Mortgage Lending, Indirect Automobile Lending, Commercial Lending, Asset Quality, and the development of Commercial Loan Policies and Procedures.
A graduate of South Williamsport Area High School, he earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Economics and Finance from Susquehanna University. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association’s School (PBA) Central Atlantic School of Banking, the PBA Advanced School of Banking and the PBA School of Commercial Lending. He is also a graduate of the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lycoming Program.
Active in the local community, Weinhoffer volunteered as a basketball coach and coordinator for his church and for a local junior high basketball program coaching both elementary and junior high teams. He also volunteers for the Chamber of Commerce’s Revolving Loan Fund. According to Glunk, “we are excited about Kevin joining Muncy Bank. His commercial lending experience will allow us to expand in new markets and offer the type of community banking that has made Muncy Bank successful.”
